Author your character look once. Maintain it across every session. Stay visible, expressive, and in-character on camera.
Faes AR is a desktop app that lets you wear persistent digital outfits, effects, and character elements on your live webcam feed. It outputs through a virtual camera into Discord, Zoom, OBS, or any platform that accepts webcam input. The look is set once and maintained across the session without re-rendering.
You remain fully visible and expressive on camera. The outfits, armour, masks, effects, and backgrounds layer on top of your live feed, anchored to your face and body through real-time tracking. This is not a filter that resets every few seconds. It is a persistent identity layer built for multi-hour sessions.

Launch the desktop app. Your webcam feed appears with the asset library alongside it.

Choose from hundreds of outfits, armour, masks, effects, and backgrounds. Position and scale each element on your feed.

Lock in your character look. Next session, load the preset. No re-setup required.

Output through the virtual camera into Discord, OBS, Zoom, or any app that accepts a webcam feed. Your look holds for the entire session.
Armour, robes, crowns, masks, horns, ears, accessories, particle effects, environmental backgrounds. All hand-crafted. No generative AI in the assets, the app, or the materials.
One lifetime license. All current assets and updates included. No recurring fees to keep using what you already own.
Discord, OBS, Zoom, Google Meet, Twitch. Any platform that accepts a webcam feed accepts Faes AR's virtual camera output.
Tested across 4+ hour sessions. Minimal drift, no identity re-rendering. The look you set at the start of the night is the look you have at the end.
Your face, expressions, and body language stay present on camera. The assets layer on top of you, not in place of you.
Upload your own assets into the app. Community marketplace for artist-published content is in development.

"It was my 1st paid gig, 1st time playing on camera. The guys I played with were used to camera use, so when they saw me log in, their first comment was 'dude takes it seriously!'"— Anchor89, Discord
Yes. Faes AR layers digital outfits and effects on top of your live webcam feed. Your face, expressions, and body language remain visible throughout. It enhances your appearance rather than replacing it.
Faes AR outputs through a virtual camera. Any platform that accepts a webcam feed will accept Faes AR's output. This includes Discord, OBS, Zoom, Google Meet, and Twitch.
Faes AR saves your character setup as a preset. Once you have configured your outfit, effects, and positioning, you load that preset at the start of your next session. Your look is exactly as you left it, with no re-setup required.
You can save multiple character presets and switch between them. GMs who portray several NPCs per session use this to give each major character a distinct visual anchor. Switching is immediate and does not interrupt your camera feed.
Build a preset for each NPC you want to portray. When the scene shifts, load the next preset. Players see the change in real time. This is one of the most specific use cases GMs report using during sessions.
